Automatic Alerts

Wealth Passport's Alerts feature allows you to assign delivery options to existing alerts as well as create new alerts.

Accessing Alerts

Click the Account Utilities tab on the main navigation bar

Assign Delivery Options

You are able to set the delivery options of any selected alert from the list.

Note: Your alerts will be sent to the Alerts Communication Center unless you edit the email addresses to receive alerts and update the delivery options for each Alert accordingly.

  1. Access the Alerts page within the Account Utilities tab.

  2. Select Alert(s) by clicking the alert or checking multiple alert checkboxes.

  3. Click the Assign Delivery Options button.

  4. Click the Update Delivery Options link or Edit link.

  5. Click the Add More link.

  6. Enter a Valid Email Address into the Address textbox.

  7. Click the Save button.

  8. Click Save button on the next screen as well.

Create Alert

In addition to the System Application Alerts, you are able to create your own Market, Investment Account and Banking Alerts.

  1. Click the Create Alert link.

  2. Select Alert Type.

  3. Click the Next button.

  4. Fill out the Create Alert form.  The form fields change based on the Alert Type you selected.

  5. Click the Save button.
