Administration - Account Permissions |
Wealth Passport's Administration section contains the Account Permissions feature which will allow you to grant account access to other authorized users.
Accessing Account Permissions
To access the Account Permissions sub tab, follow these steps.
Hover over the Account Utilities tab on the main navigation bar.
Click the Administration link in the drop-down menu.
Select Account Permissions.
The Account Permissions window will open.
You will be able to change the Account Permissions by selecting the Account, ID, or by using the search form. Upon selecting your Account, you will be able to move ID's between the Available IDs list and the IDs with Access List.
Access the Account Permissions page within the Administration section of the Account Utilities tab.
Select
Account:
a. Select Account
b. Select ID
Use Search Form
The
Available IDs list and IDs with Access will appear and be populated
according to the Account selected
a. Use the Move buttons to move IDs between the two lists
Click Save to save the new Account Permissions
